Pachler Uhl Rechtsanwälte GmbH (“BergsTopp Legal”) is an association of attorneys at law organised in the form of a limited liability company under Austrian law with seat in Vienna. BergsTopp Legal is subject to the Austrian bar rules (RAO, RL-BA), available via www.oerak.at, and subject to supervision of the Vienna and Austrian bar (Rechtsanwaltskammer Wien).

The object of the company is the practice of law, including any activities and actions required to achieve such object, as well as the management of the company’s assets (§ 21c subsec. 6 of the Attorneys Act – Rechtsanwaltsordnung).

The following persons are both, shareholders and managing directors, of BergsTopp Legal:
Dr. Hannes Pachler and MMag. Reinhard Uhl

Dr. Esther Sowka-Hold and Mag. Bettina List are independent lawyers who work together with Pachler Uhl Rechtsanwälte GmbH on a cooperation basis; they are not shareholders of Pachler Uhl Rechtsanwälte GmbH. BergsTopp Legal is a brand for lawyers in cooperation and not a law firm.
